Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the PT Mapalo Global Indonesia website and commercial enquiries made through it. By contacting us or placing an order, you agree to the terms below unless a signed contract states otherwise.
Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information about our commodities and services. Product availability, grades and packing are confirmed in writing per order and harvest.
Enquiries and samples
- Enquiries do not create a binding contract until commercial terms are confirmed in writing
- Free samples may be offered at our discretion; other samples may require upfront payment and are shipped by air
- Lab reports accompany orders to confirm grade, moisture and quality as agreed
Orders and payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: standard terms are 100% payment in advance. For established or repeat buyers, negotiated terms may be 50% deposit when the order is placed and 50% balance before shipment documents are released. Payment may be made in USD or IDR by T/T (SWIFT). Incoterms and documentation are confirmed per order.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, PT Mapalo Global Indonesia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability related to a shipment is governed by the written sales terms for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Indonesia unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
